My story

A decade of leading delivery where the stakes are high

I've spent 10+ years directing end-to-end delivery of banking and enterprise-finance programs — the kind where compliance is non-negotiable and one missed detail is expensive.

Across BFSI and global markets I've led cross-functional teams of up to 15 people, owned delivery governance and stakeholder alignment, and managed program value up to USD 3 million for clients including UBS, Microsoft and Credit Suisse. Today I lead enterprise finance systems delivery — financial close, treasury integration and intercompany accounting — across 20+ global legal entities.

Alongside the consulting work, I'm building practical AI tools that take the friction out of everyday business tasks. Same discipline, pointed at a faster way of working.
